Journey of Blessings

Dear St. Francis Parish Family,

Mark your calendars for A Journey of Blessings, a Mission on the sacraments! We encourage our parishioners to join us on Sunday, September 26th for the initial Mission service.  Be welcomed, be spiritually moved, and be inspired. If you love what you see and hear, join us throughout the week!

WHEN:  Sunday, September 26th, through Thursday, September 30th, 2021
- Evening services from Sunday through Wednesday begin at 6:30pm
- Evening Mass on Thursday will begin at 6:30pm and conclude the week
- All are invited to the gym for refreshments following the Mission services and Mass

WHY:  Mission 2021 is a renewal of our faith journey! Experience God's Word as it is proclaimed through the Bible and Catholic doctrine and through life, learning and personal experiences of Fr. Pete Schavitz.
- St. Francis held a mission in 2015.  It was also led by Father Schavitz and highly attended and enjoyed by our parishioners!

WHOAll are welcome!
- Father Schavitz is a Redemptorist Priest who will lead us through our mission. He is a dynamic speaker!

- While all are
welcome to attend the mission activities, it is highly recommended for ages 10 and up.
- Childcare will be provided for the younger children.  Give Amy Strubhart a call or send her a text.
- If you wish, bring your child(ren) to the Mission and let them stretch out in the pew and sleep!
- Transportation will be provided for those who need rides to and from the Mission activities. This may include members of our St. Francis Church family who do not drive, those who reside in assisted living facilities, and others.

If you have any general questions about the upcoming mission, we encourage you to reach out to Colleen Harper or Amy Strubhart.
